All domestic and international orders are sent with tracking numbers that you will receive via email once your parcel is dispatched. We endeavour to post your order within 48 hours.

Domestic & international shipping are sent via DHL express which is complimentary for orders over £500. 

For orders under £500, we use DHL calculated shipping rates.

Please note that customers are liable for any additional international customs duties and import taxes. Please check the customs policy specific to your country of residence prior to making your purchase.

All purchases of One-Off Beauties and Diamonds include one complimentary resize, applicable for adjustments within 3 sizes up or down. For any gold styles requiring a resize beyond this range, a £50 fee will apply.

The ability to resize a ring may depend on the overall design of the ring; the settings, metal and stones.

The complimentary resize is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for your piece to be resized before shipping/collection.

We offer payment plans on pieces starting from £500. To set up a payment plan we require a 20% non-refundable deposit and then allow up to 6 months for you to pay it off, in whatever instalments you please.

Once your piece is paid off, we'll dispatch your order. Please note, for any pieces on payment plans that require resizing, the resize will only be completed once the piece is paid off in full.
