All domestic and international orders are sent with tracking numbers that you will receive via email once your parcel is dispatched. We endeavour to post your order within 48 hours.

Domestic & international shipping are sent via DHL express which is complimentary for orders over £400. 

For orders under £400, we use DHL calculated shipping rates.

Please note that customers are liable for any additional international customs duties and import taxes, particularly for EU orders. Please check the customs policy specific to your country of residence prior to making your purchase.

All purchases of One-Off Beauties and Diamonds include one complimentary resize. We can typically resize up or down a maximum of three sizes comfortably. This depends on the overall design of the ring; the settings, metal and stones. Please allow up to two weeks for your piece to be resized before shipping/collection.
