SHIPPING

We will be shipping from Fitzroy, London and New York and we’re aiming to have all orders shipped within 2 business days. 

Please note this does not include pre-orders as they will take 4 - 6 weeks to manufacture and ship. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic & international shipping are sent via DHL express which is complimentary for orders over £400. 

For orders under £400, we use DHL calculated shipping rates.

All parcels are sent via tracked DHL delivery. A signature isn’t required, but parcels are handed directly to someone at the delivery address. However, for orders over £1000, a signature will be required upon delivery.

 

CHRISTMAS

Make sure to have your Christmas orders in by the 16th Dec to ensure delivery in time.

CLICK & COLLECT

We will send you an email to notify you when your order is ready to pick up. Please do not try to pick it up earlier as we will be under the pump! 

If you don't hear from us within 1 week please feel free to reach out.

IMPORT FEES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

PRE-ORDER

Your order with ship all together once the preorder item is ready. If you’d like the other item sooner, you’ll need to place separate orders at checkout.
